Rindunya my 2nd home!

Morning all..back to the gym after two weeks time...ye lah, balik kampung for election pastu pulak demam..i don't exercise masa demam sebab nak bagi badan recover betul tapi i tahu, as long as i eat healthy, nothing to worry about..

Hari nie buat cardio and we did some training untuk shoulder..kebetulan pulak jumpa my susu sejat friend, Anip Sama..sempatlah tengok dia training guna kettlebell nie..i pun sempat training dengan my coach, for me kettlebell susah sikit nak master sebab you guna satu tangan je dan berat pun tertumpu kat situ je..tapi as long as your shoulder kuat, takde masalah..insyaallah kalau ada rezeki boleh belajar training dengan anip pulak.

Nanti next entry, i story macam mana i start eat healthy..hope by now you guys dah faham macam mana nak kira kalorie..oklah..tido dulu...esok nak pergi gym lagi...night all..
